This rescue project took place in the basement of a residential building, where a cared-for colony had grown out of control. All eight cats got the help they needed: some were brought inside, and others were carefully TNR’d and returned to their colony, where a dedicated caretaker continues to look after them. Two of the youngest in this crew were kittens Butternut and Succotash, who are just starting to explore their new foster space, soaking up every scritch and treat on offer. Thanks to you, every cat in this project got the care they needed and now has a brighter future.
