When we first met Brass Loom, she was raising four tiny kittens in a backyard colony that had quietly grown to at least eight adult cats. Brass Loom and her kittens were brought safely indoors, while the other friendly cats from the colony were given second chances of their own, and the feral adults were TNR’d so they can live healthier lives outdoors in their managed colony. Now, Brass Loom has officially retired from motherhood and is loving life as an indoor cat – relaxing on the windowsill and looking for a forever home where she can be the center of attention. Her kittens have grown into playful, social little explorers: Purr monsters Boogie Mingus and Harvest Light are still looking for a home together, while Tender Shine and Golden Hollow have been adopted. Because of you, this entire colony got the care, safety, and love they deserve. 🐾
