In a heart-wrenching example of a society, an owner mistreated a helpless kitten and abandoned her to die in a pile of rubble. With much effort, we were able to move the rubble and finally rescue the frightened kitten. She was too scared and tried to hide herself even after we took her out of rubble. This situation was all too familiar, as we had recently rescued two pups stuck in rubble, but couldn’t find the third in time. Despite our efforts, we were unable to save the third puppy, leaving us with heavy hearts. These instances serve as a reminder of the importance of animal rescue efforts, and the need for support from the community to continue saving innocent creatures like this kitten from cruel and dangerous situations.
