Two little calico kittens were born a few weeks ago on the street and were left without their mom. We took them home so they wouldn’t die on the street. We put them in a basket. The kittens were meowing loudly all the time, calling for their mother cat. At the sound of the kittens, our cats, Joanna and Ginger, came running in. Joanna didn’t like the smell of them and started hissing and growling at them. But that didn’t stop the little kitten and he fearlessly crawled off in search of his foster mom.
